Riley Bechdel is an accomplished public affairs professional driven by her passion to deliver real-world results for her clients. With a decade of experience, Riley has led digital teams to support Fortune 500, advocacy organizations, and trade associations facing federal and state policy challenges. Her track record includes clients across a wide array of industries – most notably healthcare, technology, and energy – and across a diverse set of complex issues.
Prior to joining Rational360, Riley was the first female and new equity partner in over a decade at Engage, a full-service digital and public affairs agency. At Engage, she led the digital strategy, paid advertising, and project management teams, focusing on delivering a best-in-class client experience. After a long-running partnership, Forbes Tate Partners acquired Engage in 2022, during which time Riley continued to mentor and lead the digital team. Riley currently serves as co-chair of Women in Government Relation’s Telecom, Technology, and IP Task Force.
Rose is a seasoned digital strategist with over a decade of experience designing impactful digital solutions in the political and public affairs sectors. She began her career on Capitol Hill, supporting congressional leadership before transitioning to top-tier firms such as DDC and Edelman, where she honed her expertise in strategic communications and advocacy.
At Resonate, Rose led the strategy for data-driven digital campaigns, using advanced audience analytics to drive voter engagement and amplify public affairs initiatives. She then brought her leadership to Forbes Tate Advertising, where she directed the advertising department, managing high-profile campaigns that empowered organizations to effectively engage policymakers and stakeholders on critical issues.
Rose’s unique strength lies in blending data-driven insights with a nuanced understanding of audience behavior to deliver campaigns that inform, inspire, and achieve results.
