Notice of Quorum’s Current Subprocessors

Updated as of 12/12/2024

As Quorum continues to develop its products and services, we contract with third parties to help us provide some portions of our functionality in order to provide you with a high-quality customer experience. We’re very careful about adding any third party: we perform a privacy and security review, sign legal agreements with them requiring they treat any data they receive with the same level of security and privacy Quorum provides, and sign “Data Processing Agreements” with them to ensure our (and your) continued compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations.

Per our standard practice, this guide contains a comprehensive list of our subprocessors supplying functionality that we are incorporating into the Quorum system. We have added any updates to this list 30 days in advance of implementing any new services to ensure your team has advance notice.

If you are a client whose custom subscription agreement with Quorum includes contractual rights concerning the use of subcontractors or subprocessors, and you have questions about these updates, please reply to reach out to your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team at [email protected]

If you do not have a custom subscription agreement with Quorum, or you are unsure whether you have contractual rights concerning subprocessors, you can contact your Customer Success Manager or our support team at [email protected] with any questions as well.
